  • Guided Tour of Lecropt Kirk – Step back in time with an optional introduction to the history, architecture, and peaceful energy of this remarkable church and its surroundings.

  • Tai-Chi Inspired Flow – Begin with gentle, breath-led movement, easing into the body with flowing sequences that cultivate balance, warmth, and a deep sense of grounding.

  • Refreshment Break – A chance to pause, reflect, and soak in the serene atmosphere with a warm drink in hand.

  • Hip Opening Practice – A restorative sequence focused on releasing stored tension in the hips, an area known to carry emotional and physical stress. This session will help you create more space, ease, and flexibility in your body.

  • Another Refreshment Break – Settle deeper into stillness as we prepare for complete relaxation.

  • Yoga Nidra – Conclude the evening with the deeply soothing practice of guided yogic sleep, a meditative experience that allows you to completely unwind, reset your nervous system, and emerge feeling rejuvenated and at peace.

Event Information

What to wear:

Come dressed in comfortable, light and breathable clothes that will allow you to move without restriction and stay cool.

As the beautiful Scottish scenery also comes with wonderful Scottish weather. For the guided tour, please have layers available that will keep you warm and dry but also can be removed should we be graced with a warm Spring day.

What to bring:

Feel free to bring any mats, blocks or towels of your own but do not worry, we will have spares available should you wish to travel light.

Due to the nature of the event and location, we are unfortunately unable to cater for any dietary restrictions and/or allergies. Please contact us before hand if you have any concerns in regards to this.

A fabulous time with a few like-minded people doing Pilates, Yoga etc. After our chilled sessions and nibbles we were treated to a guided tour given by a very knowledgeable guide; around the gardens with lots of interesting and entertaining information. Totally recommend!

  • Tickets for this event are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another person or transferred to another event should there be availability. Please email us at info@hibiscuskin.com totalk more should you not be able to attend the event you have booked.

  • The Lecropt Hall where the main part of our session will be held is all suitable for wheelchair users, although most of our customers find that due to the sloped paths and loose gravel surface having a motorised scooter or someone who can assist with pushing the wheelchair is beneficial when travelling through the grounds. There may be one or two small steps in to the Kirk so please contact us to let us know your needs and we will try our best to arrange access as best as we can.

  • We will have some light snacks and drinks such as tea, coffee and water available at this event but we recommend you bring along your own food for something more substantial or you can visit one of the wonderful cafés/restaurants located in Bridge of Allan, within a 1 mile walk from the event location. (We unfortunately cannot cater for allergies/dietary restrictions)

Our retreats and workshops are open to all, however; due to the physical nature of some of the sessions within this workshop participants will be required to complete a Participation Questionnaire beforehand and those with any health / medical concerns are asked to obtain their GP's approval before participating.
