  • Most sessions last between 45 and 60 minutes, depending on your schedule and fitness goals.Form and Technique check ins are around 30 mins.

  • Yes, I can adapt training plans to suit injuries or physical conditions once you have received medical clearance from your GP or physio first.

  • Absolutely. I offer flexible programmes that combine individual and group training to suit your preferences. We can also arrange 3:1 / 2:1 session to train with your friends or family.

  • Yes, I provide virtual coaching that includes customised workout plans, video demonstrations, and regular check-ins.

  • Yes. As a Chef and Nutrition Specialist I can provide you with nutritional advice and help you to create a meal plan with your fitness goals in mind.

    I am unfortunately unable to help with any nutritional advice to treat any medical issues / conditions and recommend you speak to your GP or a licensed Dietician for this

  • Unless recommended by your GP or Clinical Dietician then this may not be necessary. My approach focuses on sustainable, healthy habits rather than restrictive dieting.

  • Yes, I create programmes that combine tailored exercise and nutrition advice to help you achieve healthy and sustainable weight loss.

  • Yes, I offer discounted rates for packages of multiple sessions. Check the Pricing Page for details or get in touch for a quote.

  • Wear comfortable workout clothes, appropriate trainers, and bring a bottle of water. If training outdoors, bring weather-appropriate gear.
